Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number. Click here and paste the tracking number for details about the shipping status. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on which warehouse your products are being sent from, tracking may take some time to populate. Feel free to email us at Support@painthenglory.com to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items it is possible that they will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the other. Don't panic! Sit tight and rest assured that the additional item(s) will arrive.

I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email ... what's going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

If shipped from the US to a US address, you can expect delivery in 3 business days.


International shipping typically takes10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearance takes place. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Currently we are experiencing delays from our overseas warehouse. If the time for delivery exceeds our policy we will be more than happy to issue a discount or full refund as appropriate. Please know that this is out of our control and we will update this policy as soon as shipping times have been restored to normal.


You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund since we will have already started the shipping and handling process.
