We are not entitled to any customs fees or insurances when crossing the borders of the United States. Purchase date does not correlate with availability of item and approximate time of shipment. We do our best and make it our priority to have your order out in a timely and quick manner. In the event of a lost package we are not responsible for the cost of lost goods, you will need to contact your local post office for options. We offer tracking with every order supplying your local post office with the tracking number will give the proper authority the ability to locate your package. We do not make promises of shipment dates or arrivals this is solely the responsibility of the shipping provider.
All sale and or pre-orders item(s) purchases are final. In other Situations we offer store credit and will gladly exchange items/sizes for you. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Apparel must be exchanged before use or washing. Tags are still on the items. No damage has been done to the item such as stains or tears. Exchanges are acceptable up to 7 days after the arrival of your original package. We are more than happy to work with our customers to resolve issues. Your satisfaction is our priority!
In the event of an agreement for return, your original order will be deducted for a 20% restocking fee. Returning items without contacting us will cause a huge delay in the refund process.
